Cancellations and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders are considered Final after 24 hours from receipt of the confirmation e-mail. Once orders are Final they cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photographs of the item with its original packaging and a description of the damage and/or defect.

Refunds

If products arrive damaged or the product received is incorrect/missing pieces, we will happily replace it. However if you decide that you want a refund instead, please follow the steps for Damages and Issues and specify that you want a refund instead of a replacement. If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customized Orders

All models are presented as is from their original STL creators. We here at MLP have done our best to present as many dimensions as we can so you can determine what size best fits your game and tables. If you have requests for custom sizes, or concerns about a model you receive, please reach out to us! While we're happy to cover production errors, please realize that we're a small, independently run, company and may need to charge a small fee if a re-printing needs to be done due to lack of information regarding your order. So do please be as through as possible when requesting custom sizes!
