Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Certain items or very large orders, as well as orders during a sale, can take up to 5 business days to process. We appreciate your patience while we ensure everything is as best quality as it can be.
Shipping Times
Shipping is done from our manufacturing location in the United States. We currently ship domestically within the United States of America. For international customers please allow additional time from your order while we investigate our fulfillment options.
- Orders shipped within the United States will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
- International orders will be determined on a per case basis.
Due to delays across all carriers, unexpected delays are possible with all items. We apologize if any items fall outside of these projected windows.
Shipping Costs
Orders shipping to an address within the United States with an order value of $34.99 or less before taxes have flat rate of $4.
Orders shipping to an address within the United States with an order value of $35.00 or more before taxes have free shipping.
International orders will be determined on a per case basis at this time.
Packaging and Details
Items will be shipped in either padded envelopes or shipping boxes based on order quantity and volume. Fine cut shredded paper will be used as void filler to restrain and cushion all items. Insurance and tracking is included on all purchases for the value of the purchase.
Damages and issues
In the event of an item being damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@missinglinkproductions.net right away with photographs of the damaged item with the original packaging. In the case of modular items the specific damaged parts will be replaced. For non modular items, the entire item will be replaced.
All damage replacements are free of charge with no cost for shipping.
